[iOS] YouTube mobile website layout breaks

Hello,

I am experiencing significant layout issues on the YouTube mobile website (m.youtube.com) when AdGuard is active on iOS. It seems the cosmetic filters are breaking the CSS layout.

**There are two main issues:**

1. Missing Top Navigation Bar (Header):
When watching a video or browsing, the entire top bar (YouTube logo, search icon, account menu) disappears completely.

2. Displaced Main Navigation Bar:
On the homepage, the main navigation bar (Home, Shorts, You) is in the wrong position.

• When AdGuard is enabled, this bar incorrectly jumps to the top of the screen (right under the search bar).

• When AdGuard is disabled, the bar stays at the bottom of the screen, which is its normal and expected position.

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Enable AdGuard on iOS.

2. Open Safari and go to m.youtube.com.

3. Observe the top header (it will be missing in some views).

4. Go to the homepage and observe the position of the (Home, Shorts, You) navigation bar (it will be at the top instead of the bottom).

**Expected behavior:**

The top header should be visible, and the main navigation bar should remain at the bottom of the screen, just like when AdGuard is paused.
