After every check, clear cookies and local storage in dev tools.

### Expected Behavior

No popup.

### Actual Behavior

Popup is loaded because `window.tp.offer` is not redefined.

Reproduce the issue on the linked Billboard page with the provided scriptlet rule, clearing cookies and local storage between checks. Compare the iOS behavior with AdGuard mini; done means the subscription popup no longer loads and window.tp.offer is redefined as expected.
