Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable DNS protection
2. Enable Airplane mode
3. Then Disable Airplane mode

### Expected Behavior

VPN tunnel has appeared in system and functions as usual

### Actual Behavior

VPN tunnel infinity trying to reconnect entering a cycle.

### Additional Information

The option **"Restart protection when network changes"** in Advanced settings doesn't change the result.
