### Issue Details
Currently there is only one DNS filter added to the app, which doesn’t give a whole lot of selectable choice without manually adding lists.
### Proposed solution
As there are [lists that have been approved for use with AdGuard Personal DNS](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/HostlistsRegistry/tree/main/filters), it seems reasonable to include the same lists across all other DNS capable AdGuard apps.
