[feature-request] don't list CNAME's in Activity Log

- [x] I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

### Problem Description

@AdguardTeam **PLEASE** consider not listing CNAME's in the Activity Log.It's very confusing and it really doesn't help having them there. I ended up double blocking domains,also a CNAME can host more then one domain,one can be bad and the rest OK so it's allways risky blocking CNAME's without doing extensive research first. Anyone can click on the domain and see it's CNAME if they desire. No need to make it more complicated for the regular folk like myself 😉 . Simple allways works.
