### Issue Details

- AdGuard for iOS v4.4.4
- **Device model and storage size:**
- iPhone 13 128gb
- **Operating system and version:**
- IOS 16.2
- **Browser or App:**
- Safari

### Expected Behavior

Rule `#$?#meta[name="apple-itunes-app"] { remove: true; }` from Annoyances Filter --> MobileApp --> mobile-app_general.txt removes the meta tag and the mobile app banner is hidden.

### Actual Behavior

The rule does not apply, banner is not hidden

### Additional information

The rule works if add it to the user filter. The rule in the optimized filter

Checking for the filters updates fixes the issue. The rule from the filter works until the next event that causes the error.
