[YouTubeAdsActionExtension] Is the manual action to trigger the user script really necessary?

I was wondering, since there are extensions such as [@quoid's userscripts](https://github.com/quoid/userscripts) that allow to run JS on page load for a specific site. Can't AdguardForiOS do the same by loading [the userscript](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AdguardTeam/BlockYouTubeAdsShortcut/master/dist/index.js) automatically and only require the action when using the native YouTube app?
