### Issue Details

Application Updates don't work if Windows doesn't recognize the Network Connection as an Internet Connection...

That is, I connect to my Wi-Fi, Windows writes - No Internet Access, but the Internet is there, the Browser and Games work, Traffic Filtering Works, the OS just doesn’t see Internet Access...
It seems AdGuard focuses on this, and ignores the fact that the Internet actually exists...
The page with the License also doesn’t work, you can’t enter your key, there are simply no buttons...

Because of this, the Application checks for Updates twice a minute, the full log file weighs 28 MB where the same messages are repeated...

As soon as I forced Windows to see the Internet, everything worked... The Updates worked, buttons appeared on the License Page after updating the License Status...

### Actual Behavior

I think this behavior is quite logical, and perhaps I am the only one who suffers because of this...
I don’t know if this bug needs to be fixed, but I would like to...
