### Issue Details

Guten Tag. Die Cheatsoftware Wand kann keine Verbindung zu einem Spiel herstellen, nur wen die Option "Localhost filtern" in den Erwiterte Einstellungen" deaktiviert ist, funktioniert die Verbindung zwischen Wand und dem Spiel.
Der Fehler tritt auch auf, wen Adguard geschlossen ist, also komplett beendet ist, also das pure Beenden von Adguard hilft nicht.

Wand verbindet sich mit einem spiel um es zu beeinflussen wie Cheats.

### Actual Behavior

Es kommt eine fehler Meldung, das keine Verbindung hergestellt werden konnte.
