### Expected Behavior

I want FTP to just work correctly.

### Actual Behavior

When they connect with Total Commander to an FTP server running on Pro-FTPd, they cannot list the directory. Total Commander stuck on listing directory. When packet filtering for Total Commander is disabled, everything works correctly.
