I have exported my Adguard 7 settings into my Adguard 8 fresh install and have found the following issues:
- Tracking Protection is disabled in v7, but upon settings restore on v8, it is enabled.
- I do not have the Adguard Widgets filter enabled on v7, but upon settings restore on v8, that filter is also present.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Export settings from Adguard v7.
2. Import settings onto Adguard v8.
3. Look for the issues mentioned.

### Expected Behavior

The settings should be the same when exported at the other end.

### Actual Behavior

Settings are not the same.
