### Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
1.Enable protection in AdGuard 8.
2.Add a new download to qBitTorrent
3.If the download doesn't appear, try closing qBitTorrent
### Expected Behavior

### Actual Behavior
Immediately after updating to AdGuard 8, I noticed that the qBitTorrent client was not working properly. When AdGuard protection is enabled, new downloads aren’t added; downloads that have already been added freeze and fail to download; and seeders freeze. If you try to close the app after attempting to add a download, it remains stuck in the system tray, and the process itself in Task Manager can only be terminated after several attempts. However, if you disable AdGuard protection, a download added earlier (before protection was disabled) immediately appears in the app, and if you tried to close the app before disabling protection, it closes immediately. Neither disabling DNS protection in AdGuard, nor removing protection in the AdGuard Personal DNS control panel (the same DNS is also configured on the router), nor disabling the “Filter Traffic” feature for this app, nor any combination of these measures helped. The only solutions were either completely disabling AdGuard or exempting the app’s traffic from AdGuard. I previously used AdGuard 7 and had no issues; no adjustments to the app’s settings in AdGuard were required. After updating to AdGuard 8, I did not make any new settings changes. The driver was the same. All DNS settings, filters, extensions, and protection features were identical. If any new settings were enabled, they must have been ones I enabled myself after the update—though I didn’t find any such settings.
