For Adguard for Windows, I believe we should have a shortcut for the "Create User Rules" function, in the RC1 version of Adguard for Windows V8, you have to open the application in the tray, click on the shield icon, click on the "Ad Blocking" button, then click on the "User Rules" button, to finally get to the desired location,.

### Proposed solution

There should be shortcuts both in the Adguard interface, in the context menu in the system tray, as well as in the Adguard Assistant for the browser.
