### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Wintun in Adguard VPN
2. Enable SockFilter in Adguard adblocker
3. Connect to any location in Adguard VPN
4. Open any site

### Expected Behavior

Site or any other online resource should be available

### Actual Behavior

Sites can't be open and also any other online resources also, even if to disable Adguard adblocker without reconnection of Adguard VPN. Site should be available if to disable Adguard protection and at that moment connect to any location via Adguard VPN
