Descripción

### Issue Details

The Annoyance blocking screen currently offers five individual toggles: `Block cookie notices`, `Block popups`, `Block mobile app banners`, `Block widgets`, and `Block other annoyances`. There is no dedicated `Block social buttons` option, even though the AdGuard Social Media filter exists and is a natural fit for this screen.

Users who want to block social buttons (Facebook Like/Share, Twitter/X, etc.) have no obvious way to enable this category - it is either buried in the full filter list or absent entirely from the annoyance-blocking surface.

### Proposed solution

Add a `Block social buttons` toggle to the `Annoyance blocking` screen, following the exact same pattern as the existing toggles.
