На версии

Включен VPN или выключен VPN не важно, фильтры RU AdList: RU, UA, UZ, KZ ( https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/ruadlist.txt ) и RU AdList: BitBlock + Fanboy's General ( https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/bitblock.txt ) не обновляются.

Программа их да же не видит, да же ошибки нет, что они не обновились. Такое ощущение, что для программы они отсутствуют как вид.
