Ntrace-core couldn't show IP geographical information when use SockFilter

### Issue Details

When i enable SockFilter, The [NTrace-core](https://github.com/nxtrace/NTrace-core) (A CLI tool for route tracking) Could't show the geographical information. When i Switch to TDI/WFP, the NTrace-core show the geographical information as expect.

Here are some test Log about service, i guess this question caused by **`networkfilter match_context_create: Failed to parse address ([ai_family not supported]:0)`**.
