Steps to reproduce:
1. go to advanced settings
2. go to blocking mode for dns rules

### Expected Behavior

"for host rules" should already be predefined settings like on android and not allow custom ip addresses

### Actual Behavior

it allows customization, making a user think they have to enter custom ip addresses in order to use zero ip address option. i think it should match the behavior of android
