### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a lot of apps in "App management". At least 130 or so.
2. Click on any of the apps, and/or type something into the search bar.
3. Reponse lag is around 3-10 seconds or so, and often the buttons won't even recognise having been clicked on.

### Expected Behavior

Clicking around in the "App management" menu(s) has reasonably responsive controls, almost regardless of how many apps that are in the menu(s)

### Actual Behavior

Significant lag when clicking on various buttons, options, and search bars in the "App management" menu(s), which become worse the more apps are in the menu(s).

### Screenshots

No screenshots would portray the problem sufficiently.

I could have tried to get a video on request, but it'd be complicated for me to do so.

### Additional Information

This was a big problem in AdGuard 7.x too, and was admittedly *much* worse in 7.x. AdGuard would freeze for up to 2 minutes at a time each time I tried adding a new filepath to an .exe.

#5915 is probably a factor, though there's probably some additional underlying factors involved.
