Kaspersky AV causes compatibility issues between AG ad-blocker and AG VPn

### Issue Details

Preconditions:
* Kaspersky AV protection is active
* AdGuard Protection is active

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to any endpoint in AdGuard VPN

### Expected Behavior

Connection is stable

### Actual Behavior

Connection starts to randomly changes states (Connected → Awaiting connection → Connected)

### Additional Information

**Workaround:** Disabling **Post-quantum cryptography** and enabling **QUIC protocol** in AdGuard VPN resolves the issue.
