1. use custom ip address 0.0.0.0 for both blocking modes (ad-block style and hosts)
2. visit a website blocked by dns but not by a filter list
3. look in the filtering log

### Expected Behavior

the request is red and shows blocked

### Actual Behavior

the request is not red and shows bypassed
