### Issue Details

Currently AdGuard disables Windows Recall by default, there should be more transparency regarding this behavior, as Windows Recall is currently opt-in feature. The way AdGuard disable this feature (put `AllowRecallEnablement` value `0x0` to `Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsAI`) makes the feature disappear entirely and is confusing to user.

### Expected Behavior

### Actual Behavior

AdGuard disables Windows Recall itself without notifying user
