HAR capturing does not work in v8

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start protection.
1. Enable HAR capturing advanced settings.
1. Stop protection.
1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Adguard\Logs\

### Expected Behavior

HAR directory with a .har file created

### Actual Behavior

Nothing created.
