Description

#### Description

Within the scope of this ticket, we will investigate and document compatibility issues between AdGuard for Windows v8.0 and other applications (e.g., antivirus, VPN, or network-related software).

Some applications may not function correctly when their traffic is routed or filtered through AdGuard. Although AdGuard strives to maintain high filtering quality through rules (see [AdGuardFilters](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters)), in certain cases filtering cannot be applied due to application-specific restrictions. Such applications are considered problematic and should be excluded from filtering to prevent malfunctions.

#### Why

Version 8.0 introduces the new App management section that allows users to configure how AdGuard interacts with each application installed on their system.
Once AdGuard detects that an app has gone online, it automatically appears in the App management list, and its traffic begins routing through AdGuard. By default, filtering (including HTTPS filtering) is enabled for all apps, allowing users to block ads and trackers at the system level.

However, some apps — especially antivirus software, VPN clients, or tools that rely on low-level network operations — may experience conflicts or degraded performance when their traffic is routed through AdGuard.

#### Goal
1. Identify applications that demonstrate compatibility issues with AdGuard for Windows v8.0.
2. Add problematic apps to the exclusion list to ensure stable system operation.
3. Verify that “problem-free” applications remain unaffected.
