New UI for filters and editors in Sciter (+ filtering log)

### Issue Details

Filter, Filter editor, DNS filter editor designs still look old and bad in my opinion. It would be great to have a new design according to the new version.

### Proposed solution

I made a sample design for the filter subscriptions section and editor, I also used icons for each category (ad blocking, privacy, etc.). I think this design would be very good and modern for the new version. I hope you like it. According to my example design, you can also design the editors with AdGuard's own check box, scrollbar, etc.
