In the new version, only the “back” arrow icon is highlighted when hovered over, but this effect is quite small and not very noticeable.

However, as in the AdGuard Browser Extension, if both the arrow icon and the title, and if possible the description area below the title, were highlighted together, it would be much more visible and intuitive for the user. This would allow the user to more easily understand which option they are hovering over and improve the navigation experience.
