Change the Enter action in the Filter Editor

### Issue Details

At the moment when you press Enter, the next line is selected.

### Proposed solution

Make it more conventional - literally, like in Google Spreadsheets or Excel:
* when the line **is not** opened for editing, Enter opens editing mode;
* when the line **is** opened for editing, Enter
- applies/saves current line content
- selection jumps to the next line
- if the last line is opened for editing, after pressing Enter or saving by click on another line, new empty line must be added
- when saving by Shift+Enter, the jump should be to the previous line (in read mode).

It would be important if the advanced editor could not be selected as the default editor in v8. This would improve the usability of the editor in the grid mode.
