Filter by path prefix

### Issue Details

Lots of programs, especially Electron apps use dynamic executable names based on their version. This can make keeping their executable updated in filtered apps an annoyance to say the least.

### Proposed solution

Add paths prefixes to filtered apps so you can select a base path in which any executable will be filtered automatically.
