Improve "Filtered Apps" section

1. First of all, there should be a smart way of detecting installed apps and apps we'd like to be filtered. Setting "filtered apps" manually is a hell of an issue.

3. Each app should have special "details" screen with it's own settings.
4. We should divide apps into two categories: apps and browsers.

Apps filtering should be limited, stealth mode shouldn't be applied, extensions shouldn't be injected.
Users should be able to change app type manually.
