### Issue Details
Add shizuku support.
There are multiple modern forks, in particular Shevery and Shizuku+ add new features to the API.

At the very least shizuku support should significantly speed up adguard functions. ADB based apis are even faster than root.
### Proposed solution
Add general support for shizuku or just Shizuku+, which is able to do more than any other shizuku fork. Including adding what were root only features back to some apps using only Shizuku+.
Notably Morphe just added Shizuku+ support.
