### Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
1 system settings >reset all settings
2 reboot the device
3.the OS detect and blocked adguard for android.
The adguard protection not able to starting. It got auto disabled.
### Expected Behavior
Problematic adguard certificate. The OS report it as unknown.
### Actual Behavior
Can't use adguard for android because of a new strange problem as of today. And the protection unable to turn itself back on even though I tired to enabled it so many times but no avail.
