Intermittent network disconnection in Root Proxy filtering mode

### Issue Details

During web browsing in Samsung internet or downloading files using telegram app I am facing sudden internet outage. In adguard filtering log, I see dna requests but no http or https requests during the occurrence of the problem.

I have also observed phone heating up and adguard application stuck in an infinite processing loop as evident in cpu usage monitoring app.

Only solution I have found till now is to force stop and clear cache of Adguard app. This will immediately reduce the cpu usage from 21-31% to 5%-6%. Also this unblocks internet access.
