### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Manually disable battery optimize for Adguard.
2. Grant device admin permission to Adguard.
3. Go to Adguard app, check for updates, permissions.

### Expected Behavior

No more battery optimization prompt after given to Adguard all the requested permissions.

### Actual Behavior

After first Adguard setup I granted the battery optimization permission by the pop up message and Adguard showed that no more actions was needed but on every check of updates Adguard showed the message again even with battery optimization still disabled on settings, so I enable device admin app permission but issue still persistent.

### Additional Information

Note: I have root access but I never granted any root permission to Adguard and I don't use Adguard certificate module.

Returning to my issue, looks like Adguard only detects battery optimization disabled when optimization is disabled by the battery optimization popup menu invoked by Adguard, and Adguard forgot the granted permission on check of updates.
