### Issue Details
Even with DNS protection disabled and with 0 DNS stats, DNS statistics section still visible at the bottom of statistics page.
### Proposed solution
If DNS statistics are empty and DNS protection is off, DNS statistics section from statistics page will be hidden from user view.
