AdGuard, DNS links update.

### Issue Details

HaGeZi and his lists has been blocked recently from Github, which i found an alternative mirrors for updates, to my suprise when i went to update links to mirror links each time i have pressed the link to already made list, it just opened it in the browser, i have tried to figure out how to just change the link to a mirror but that was not possible.
I had to manually remove the DNS Blocklist links with names and just create new ones.

### Proposed solution

An easy way to update name, website, source without removing the whole added filter.
AdGuard Home on my router works perfectly without that exact issue, name or source link can be changed whenever i want
