Re-open: mDNS resolution not working when AdGuard is enabled

Steps to reproduce:
1. Activate AdGuard
2. Enable DNS protection

### Expected Behavior

mDNS (.local domains) are resolved.

### Actual Behavior

The .local domains return error.

Since an issue cannot be reopened, I've created a new one.
This was marked as resolved in #5708 but it is not the case.
