Custom Filters and Custom DNS Filters Reported as Updated on Every Update Check

- Device: Infinix Hot 20s

### Issue Details

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open AdGuard for Android, Version 4.14 Nightly 41.
2. Ensure at least one custom filter and one custom DNS filter are enabled so they can be checked for updates.
3. Tap the **update button** (circular arrows icon) in the top-right corner of the **AdGuard Home** section.
4. Wait for the update check to complete.
5. Repeat the update check one or more times.
6. Observe that the custom filters and custom DNS filters are reported as updated on every update check, even when no updates are available from the filter repository URLs.

### Expected Behavior

Custom filters and custom DNS filters are only reported as updated on update checks when updates from the filter repository URLs are available and successfully applied.

### Actual Behavior

Custom filters and custom DNS filters are always reported as updated on every update check, even when no updates are available from the filter repository URLs.

### Additional Information

The screen recording shows that the following custom filters are enabled:

* **Custom filters:**

* HaGeZi's Ultimate Blocklist
* uBlock Filters – Cookie Notices

* **Custom DNS filters:**

* HaGeZi's Ultimate Blocklist

Throughout the recording, the custom filters and custom DNS filters are reported as updated on every update check, even when no updates are available from the filter repository URLs.

To be clear, by **"custom filters"** and **"custom DNS filters"**, I am referring to user-added filters, not the built-in filters provided by AdGuard.
