Hyper OS system kills VPN service automatically during charging only

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
Follow instructions on AG KB to keep the app open on Xiaomi/HyperOS
Lock App in ram
Attempt to leave phone idle during charging/overnight

### Expected Behavior

AG should always be running in the background

### Actual Behavior

The AG app has been added to the list of exceptions for memory and battery usage. It works without any issues (automatic startup, protection), except when the phone is charging.
When I plug my phone into a charger, after a while the AG app shuts down or protection is suspended. WatchDog doesn’t help at all.
Plugging into the car’s AA socket doesn’t disable protection; any charger does.
When the phone isn’t charging (left overnight), the problem doesn’t occur.
