### Issue Details
Request an upgrade to the proxy functionality.
### Proposed solution
1.I would like the option to choose whether newly installed apps should use the proxy by default.
2.Apps can be tagged, allowing users to select which tags should be proxied; it is hoped that AdGuard’s automated features will also be able to select which tags should be proxied.
3.Allow which tags to be added by default for new apps
