Add opnion to DON'T route newly installed apps through AdGuard

### Issue Details

Please add option to disable autorouting of newly installed apps through AdGuard. Some apps(new Russian issue) count it as VPN and refuses to work.

Добавите, пожалуйста, возможность не направлять трафик свежеустановленных приложений через блокировщик рекламы. Некоторые приложения в этом случае считают, что они работают через впн и перестают запускаться, требуя отключить впн.

Please add an option to prevent traffic from newly installed apps from being routed through the ad blocker. In this case, some apps assume they are running through a VPN and stop launching, prompting the user to disable the VPN.
