### Feature request

Rework the logic for the "Protect against DPI" feature located in "Tracking Protection".

Improve the overall functionality of this feature so that it not only modifies incoming traffic and hides the websites you visit, but also provides a more stable workaround for the "Internet Service Provider's" (ISP) blockages.
