Add quick selection of proxy servers from the list

### Issue Details

Currently, you can enable/disable the proxy server from the system curtain in the notification.
To select a proxy server, you need to open the application each time and go through a long process in the settings.

If you use different proxies for different networks, for home/street, when travelling, this is inconvenient

### Proposed solution

It would be nice to be able to select the desired proxy server without opening the application, in the system curtain

### Alternative solution

Add a widget for managing/quickly selecting a proxy server
