Steps to reproduce:
1. Install AdGuard for Android TV
2. Open AdGuard for Android TV
3. Enable start on boot feature
4. Reboot Fire Stick

### Expected Behavior

AdGuard for Android TV starts when device boots.

### Actual Behavior

AdGuard for Android does not start when device boots.
