Steps to reproduce:
1. I have default settings in AdGuard
2. Wi-Fi connection is enabled
3. Enable protection
4. Go to system settings -> Connections -> Data usage -> Allowed networks for apps
5. Set up *Wi-Fi only* for any browser
6. Go to this browser and serf the internet

### Expected Behavior

You have the Internet connection in the browser

### Actual Behavior

There is no Internet connection in the browser
