### Issue Details
All apps are selected by default (hundreds).
### Proposed solution
Would like a toggle "all or none" option so that we can selectively choose apps for this. As it is, this setting is worthless since I would have to spend about 3 hours (sarcasm) going through this list to turn off notifications for 95% of the items.
### Alternative solution
Dunno. Seems pretty straight-forward.
