Steps to reproduce:
1.Open apps like walli, back drops, mobilism while in vpn mode
2. Switch to auto proxy and open those apps again

### Expected Behavior

All apps should work in either mode

### Actual Behavior

switching to auto proxy makes these apps stuck in loading screen
