Sort enabled and disabled filters in alphabetical order and show the number of rules for each filter

### Issue Details

We can’t have a direct idea of every filter size, in order to optimize our enabled filter combination. Also, filters are sorted in random order.

### Proposed solution

- Add a rule counter in the properties of content blocking filters, as you already did with DNS filters
- Sort enabled and disabled filters alphabetically
