no informational pop-up when clicking graph on the statistics page

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
open statistics -> ads or any others -> click the graph

### Expected Behavior

- show informational pop-up as in the battery usage statistics
- be able to freely move the bar `|` — that i marked with an arrrow in the image — in the graph as in the battery usage statistics

### Actual Behavior

- no informational pop-up for specific time in any statistics graph
- requires precise clicks to display the bar `|` on the graph

### Additional Information

i don't know whether this one is a bug or a feature. when you click the graph for statistic of battery usage, there will be a pop-up telling you about amount of power usage at a specific hour. apart from that, everything that has statistics doesn't have pop-ups like that, both in request statistics (ads, trackers, and requests), data usage (saved, uploaded, and downloaded), and DNS statistics (blocked, requested, saved, uploaded, and downloaded).

not that only, trying to display the bar `|` by clicking on the graph is also difficult, happens to all the statistics graph that i have mentioned earlier, except battery usage one. seems like in order for the bar `|` to be shown, i have to precisely click the line in the graph. also, i can't slide it freely like in battery usage statistics.
