Option to filter applications based on the firewall rule applied to the app

### Issue Details

I was adding some custom firewall rules to override the global rule for some applications. For instance, I was adding quite a few applications to block wifi and mobile data with the screen off. While the list is growing, I would like to filter and see which applications I missed or which applications don't have the blocking turned on with the screen off, or even if I have a fat finger accidentally blocking all the wifi and mobile data with the screen on. However, I couldn't find a way to do so.

### Proposed solution

It's good to have a filtering option to filter all app that has specific custom firewall rules on them such as which app has the wifi block or mobile data block with the screen off etc. Therefore, I can filter based on the rule and go through the list to double-check.
