When you import a filter list to user rules, AG should check for errors

### Issue Details

When you import your personal filter list to User Rules, AG should warn user if some rules are wrong or/and not recognized.

For example, these rules are wrong

example.org##//scriptlet('abort-current-inline-script', property[, search])
example.org#%#/scriptlet('abort-current-inline-script', property[, search])
example.org#%#//scriptlet('abort-line-script', property[, search])
```
